What Cheer Flower Farm

...grows, rescues, and donates over 100,000 flowers each year through a network of nonprofits serving Rhode Islanders in need—including hospitals, senior centers, shelters, and recovery programs.

This expansion proposal supports the farm’s growing operations with a design that integrates building performance and community use. It prioritizes durable, low-carbon materials, Passive House strategies, and code compliance while addressing constructability, life safety, and long-term resilience. Through careful detailing, the project aims to unify diverse programmatic and technical needs in service of a mission-centered architecture.
